Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping rates vary by product and customer location. You will see your shipping rates before completing your order. If you have questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
Most Plum Print Marketplace products ship internationally. There are exceptions, currently Jigsaw Puzzles, which currently only ship in the United States. If you have mistakenly purchased a product which can not be shipped internationally, customer service will contact you to cancel and refund your order.
Each Plum Print order is custom made, therefore all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please keep all packaging and immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photo(s) of the problem. Products that arrived damaged will be replaced.
